Shipping Policy
Orders are cut and shipped during regular store hours (Tuesday-Saturday 10am-6pm US Central Time, Closed on Sunday & Monday) on the business day following the day the order is placed. If we receive an order before 3:30PM (12:00PM on Saturdays) US Central Time on a business day, it will most likely be processed that day.
Most orders ship by United States Postal Service. Machines and June Tailor Boards are shipped via UPS.
The estimated shipping methods are as follows (Note: Yardages are estimated with poplin yardage):
- Orders weighing less than 1 pound, or roughly 2 yards or less of fabric, ship by Ground Advantage (formerly First Class Mail).
- Orders weighing more than 1 pound, or roughly 2 yards of fabric, and consisting of less than 10 yards of fabric ship by Priority Mail Envelope.
- Orders consisting of between 10 and 30 yards of fabric ship by Priority Mail Medium Rate Box.
- Orders consisting of between 30 and 60 yards of fabric ship by Priority Mail Large Rate Box.
- Orders marked as Max Shipping Cost will authorize enough for shipping. Only what is needed will be captured.
- All International Orders are shipped in Priority Envelopes or Boxes at this time.
- Orders exceeding $200 and shipping to a US Zip Code receive free shipping, excluding machines.

Orders shipped in the US will get their Tracking Number sent to them when we have made the shipment. International orders include tracking up to the point it leaves the US.
Please note that we do not control the post office, USPS, UPS, FedEx or otherwise. We are not responsible for any delays that may happen on their end. If you believe a package has been lost in the mail, please contact us and we will do what we can.
At this time we are not able to offer insurance.
At the moment, we are only able to offer online shopping for the following countries:
- United States of America
- Canada
- Australia
- Japan
- New Zealand
- Most of Europe

Estimation Explanation
Your shipping cost is an estimate of weight vs destination. The actual amount may end up being smaller than what we estimate. If that happens we will capture less. Take note that our estimate also includes in house handling as well.
Note to those that get a Velveteen or Laminate fabric: these two types of fabrics require a special shipping container so that when you get your fabric(s), creasing will be less likely. This will make the shipping charge for those fabrics larger than normal.
Additional Note for Button Orders: If you order a button, the shipping price will automatically be set to a price that will allow us to make sure your button gets to you in the safest way possible. Pickup in Store
Starting 2020 we are offering Pickup in Store to a 120 mile radius from the store.
Pickup is only possible Tuesday through Saturday 11:00am to 5:00pm. After you have placed your order, it will be ready for pickup within 2 hours.
We will hold your order up to 5 business days before we ship it at your expense. By choosing the Pickup in Store option, you agree to this term. Orders are still paid through PayPal.
Shipping options are still available for the 120 mile radius
Returns Policy
We carefully cut and inspect all orders prior to shipping to ensure they are free from damage or defects caused by the manufacturer. All measurements are approximate; you can expect some small variations in the printing of your fabric design due to natural imperfections in the material.
You have 15 days from the date of receipt to inspect your order for defects or damage and make a claim. Please contact us by telephone or email.
If your order is defective, cut incorrectly, or is the wrong product, we will be glad to work with you to correct the issue.
Fabrics, trims, and anything cut to size can NOT be returned or exchanged. Fabrics that have been cut, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for refund or replacement.
If you receive a pattern that is defective or damaged, we will be happy to work with you to obtain a complete pattern.
Damage can sometimes occur during shipping. Let's Sew is not liable for damage caused by shipping, but we will work with you to help you get the fabric you need. Top
